Erin Trowbridge is the CEO of Four Peas Consulting, a local firm that provides on-demand fractional (part-time) teams of marketing leaders and skillful tacticians that support business's growth goals and marketing objectives. Erin has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. She has a wide breadth of experience in various industries including non-profit, manufacturing, retail/ecommerce, finance, SaaS, creative services, economic development, higher education, and more. Erin guides clients through a customer-focused, pragmatic approach to revenue growth and marketing operations, and has contributed to the growth of dozens of companies in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Erin is an adjunct instructor at CVTC for the Workforce Solutions program, has previously taught courses for the SBDC Entrepreneur Program, volunteers with the United Way marketing committee, and serves on advisory boards for the Women's Business Center and CVTC Marketing/Digital Marketing Programs.

Erin is a mom of two teenage boys and a Corgi, is a lover of all music, is most relaxed on the golf course, and enjoys occasionally throwing down a little Janis Joplin at the local karaoke joint.
